Schedule 2: Sub-Processors and Scaleflex Entities

Scaleflex works with certain third parties, as listed below, to provide specific functionalities within the Product(s). In order to provide the relevant functionality these Sub-Processors access Customer Data. Their use is limited to the indicated activities:

Content Delivery Networks (“CDN”) Scaleflex may use CDN to assist with the delivery of the Product(s). CDNs do not have access to Customer Data itself, but are systems commonly used to provide fast delivery of content based on the geographic location of the individual accessing the content and the origin of the content provider:
